You may return In-Stock and certain Made to Order items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not accepted for personalized items, as these are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged once ordered.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not take responsibility for lost packages.
Warranty:
- We provide a 60-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. Any defect must be notified within 3 days of receiving the item and may be subject to additional charges for repair.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as broken clasps, missing pave diamonds due, or chains due to manufacturing issues.
Important Information:
- Bangles and eternity rings cannot be resized, as resizing may impact the integrity of these pieces.
- Most rings cannot be resized by more than half a size.
- Cuff bracelets should not be bent or adjusted as this could lead to the diamonds becoming loose. Any damage resulting from altering the shape of the piece is not covered by us.
- Repairs for 79e items are available for a fee depending on the issue.The appearance and size of gemstones may vary.
- Full pave band rings cannot be resized.

If you order items that are currently in stock expect your item to ship out within 2-3 business days. For made to order items please allow the indicated processing time when placing your order. Rest assured we will keep you updated with tracking details once your order is en-route.

In the event of a shipment being refused, the customer is liable for the following:
