What Payment Methods Can I Use?

We welcome a variety of credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additionally you have the option to make transactions using Apple Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Yes, at 79e, we proudly ship our products worldwide. When items in your order are shipped to countries outside of the U.S., they may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country (referred to as "Import Fees"). As the recipient of the shipment, you are responsible for all incurred such fees. 

Can I Make Changes to my Order Once Its Placed?

We aim to process orders quickly, so changes to your order, like adding/removing products or changing the delivery address, might not be possible once it's placed. However, we do consider requests on a case-by-case basis depending on how far along the order is in the process. If you notice an error in your order information, contact our Customer Service team right away for the fastest resolution.

What is the Return Policy?

You may return in-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not accepted for made-to-order and personalized items, as these are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged once ordered. For Items that are eligible for Return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not take responsibility for lost packages.

What is Your Repair Policy?

We offer a 60-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty applies to defects related to plating issues, sharp prongs, improper stamping, and similar problems. If you notice any defects, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. Jewelry with missing diamonds will be reviewed by our team at 79e. Note that repairs for 79e items are available for a fee depending on the issue, and additional charges may apply. Please inform us in advance if you plan to send a repair by emailing contact@shop79e.com with your name and order number of the original purchase.

How Long Does It Take For My Jewelry To Be Made?

For many of our custom jewelry pieces are made in 3-4 weeks, unless specified otherwise when ordering. Items marked In Stock, will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional shipping time as well.

How Do I Know If My Order is Confirmed?

Once you have submitted an order, a confirmation will be sent to your Inbox. For any assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team.

How Can I Track My Order?

Have an account already? 

Great! Just log in to your 79e account. Go to "My Orders" to get the latest update on your order. After your order is packed and sent for shipping you'll get a tracking number through email as well. This lets you keep an eye on its journey until it gets to you.

Do You Offer Any Financing Options?

Yes, we now offer financing through Shop Pay's 4-interest free payments option. Shop now and pay later with up to zero % interest, subject to credit check and approval.
